Yes, we were in the Bus...
Fortunately our Bus driver missed the car pulling out in front of us, and missed the giant ditch that would have caused us to flip, the man on the motorcycle fortunately jumped ship just in the nick of time.
Again, fortunately the motorcycle driver jumped ship just in the nick of time.
The solution, wait with the locals for several hours until another bus arrives. It only added about three hours to what became a twenty five hour bus ride...
